Installation Technicians

An Installation Technician will serve the company through the expert installation of heating and air conditioning replacement systems. As an HVAC tech, you will adhere to the company policy and procedures as they relate to philosophy, safety and code of ethics. In this position you are representative of Thomas HVAC, professional appearance, expertise and demeanor are paramount to your success.

Office Positions

Office positions vary but may include office coordination from answering the telephone, assisting in dispatching work orders to technicians, processing and scheduling maintenance agreements and their visits, functioning as the primary customer liaison to our customers and insuring quality customer service with a smile. You will have general office abilities that will include, typing, filing, faxing, shipping and other administrative duties as required.

Service Technicians

A Service Technician is a highly valued position, responsible for converting prospective customers into satisfied clients by offering excellent and reliable service. You will conduct your daily activities with the highest level of honesty and integrity, while displaying a positive and professional attitude. Since this is a front-line client position, providing an enthusiastic first impression to the client is essential to your success. No experience? No problem. Ask about our apprenticeship program.
